      1. How do I place an order with Hamper Store by Present Company Included?

        We offer you three easy ways to place orders.

        - You can order online using our secure online ordering service.
        - Place your order over the phone by calling 03 9387 4717
        - Or e-mail our friendly staff at hamperstore@presentcompany.com.au who will call you directly to organise your gift and payment over the phone.

        When ordering via email – please ensure you include the following;

        YOUR: name, company name, address, phone number and email address
        RECIPIENTS: name, company name, address, phone number and email address
        Selected hamper or gift &
        Your personal message for all cards

      2. How much does delivery cost?

        Flat rate delivery of $14.95 (inc. GST) applies to all hampers unless otherwise listed.
        Due to the size and weight of our larger boutique hampers & gift items, special freight charges apply to these items, these prices are clearly displayed on the product pages.

         

      3. When will my gift be delivered? 

        Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
        Our freight company provides tracking numbers and POD’s for shipments. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you at time of dispatch.

        Estimated delivery times are as follows:

        Transit times:

        Next Day Delivery Melbourne Metro
        1-2 Day Delivery for Adelaide, Sydney, Country Victoria, some country NSW and SA.
        2-4 Day Delivery for Brisbane, Tasmania, Country NSW, Country SA and some Country QLD.
        5-6 Day Delivery for Perth, Northern Territory, Country WA and Country QLD.

        Although we use a reputable and respected freight company, on occasion deliveries may take longer than desired to arrive, especially during the holiday season or during extreme weather events. Please note that untimely delivery is not a reason for refund, discount or late cancellation of order.

        In the unlikely event that your gift has not been delivered in a timely manner, please call Hamper Store by Present Company on 03 9387 4717. We will liaise with the freight company on your behalf to ensure delivery is made.



      4. Can I request a specific delivery date for my hamper?

        Wherever possible Hamper Store by Present Company Included will accommodate date specific delivery requests. We will coordinate with our transport partners on your behalf to ensure your hamper is delivered on your preferred delivery date. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. All hampers are delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday (not including public holidays). To discuss your specific needs, please call 03 9387 4717.
         

      5. What will happen to the gifts if the recipient is not home when the gift arrives? 

        If the no-one is home at the delivery address, a card will be left for the recipient by our freight company. If you have specified a safe area to leave the hamper and given authority to leave, the gift will be left in this specified area. Please note that Hamper Store by Present Company Included and our freight company are not responsible for theft of hampers left in the safe area.

         

      6. Where does Hamper Store by Present Company Included deliver to?

        Hamper Store by Present Company Included delivers Australia wide only.

         

      7. What are your hours of business & where is your head office located? 

        Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm

        Our head office is located in the inner Melbourne suburb of Brunswick East.



      8. Does the Hamper Store by Present Company Included take bulk orders?

        Bulk orders are Hamper Store by Present Company Included’s specialty.  Call 03 9387 4717 to speak to our friendly staff regarding your order needs. In most cases, generous corporate discounts apply.



      9. Can I order custom made hampers or brand with my company logo?

        For custom made & branded hampers, minimum order quantities apply. Call 03 9387 4717 to discuss your needs.

        We can custom make to meet the personal needs of your recipients, theme to your event and of course work with dietary needs or cultural sensitivities.

        Corporate branding can be simply adding branded ribbon, including  a branded gift item within the hamper or even custom made gift boxes featuring your company logo.



      10. Can I personalise the message, gift card or ribbon on individual hampers?

        The Hamper Store by Present Company Included provides high end gift wrapping, packaging & ribbon to all advertised hampers. It’s one of the many ways we ensure the people who receive our gifts feel recognised, appreciated and special.       11. What payment methods can I use on The Hamper Store by Present Company Included?

        For your convenience, Hamper Store by Present Company Included accepts online payments from MasterCard, VISA, AMEX (2.5% surcharge for orders over $300) & PayPal through our secure online payments facility (Eway). For orders via email or phone, we also accept credit card payments or direct deposits. Contact 03 9387 4717 with any questions or process payment.

         

      12. How safe are my credit card details? 

        The security of your personal information is important to us. We never permanently store complete credit card details. Hamper Store by Present Company Included uses eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the internet. All online credit card transactions performed on www.hamperstore.com.au using the eWAY gateway are secured payments. Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
