Our No-Stress Replacement Service means in the rare and unlikely event your gift or part of your gift is damaged while in transit, simply call or e-mail Hamper Store at Present Company Included and we'll dispatch replacement(s). We may request photographic images for quality management with our freight company.

Please note that items with custom decoration are only exchangeable or refundable if product is faulty or damaged.
